## LA5 Five-axis Linkage Cutting Head

This cutting head is self-developed by HSG Laser for 3D cutting and it has functions of N\*360° rotation and ±135° swing. Reliable airway design and simulation to ensure cutting quality.

## High Dynamic Performance

The overall CAE force analysis design adopts integrated welding of crossbeams to optimize the rigidity and stability of the structure. The Z-axis cast aluminum structure is lighter, with a high-precision turntable that rotates in a shorter time and higher processing efficiency.

 

## Efficient and stable production

FANUC system enables 3D IO Link communication interface, dual station configuration standard fixture interface, simple and easy to operate interface, compatible with host factory fixture interface requirements. Configure laser automatic marking function, one click interface modification;  
Automatic calibration of capacitors effectively improves production stability;  
Remote intelligent control of dust collectors further reduces production energy consumption;
